[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide EMC backup and protection solution.
- Installation services for both dell EMC hardware units (#1 & 2) and 3 virtual software deployments at the ministry’s data centres
- Access on a 24x7 basis (including holidays) to the dell EMC customer service and support organization for troubleshooting of all deliverables purchased pursuant to the contract;
- On-site dispatch of a technician and/or delivery of replacement parts to an address specified by the ministry; and
- Support for dell EMC dp4400 as further described in dell’s EMC service description for dell EMC ProSupport.

Onshore (Canada Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
