(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic document plan review solution for workflow and tracking of development and building permit application.
- building the new development and building permit web application portion of the solution
- integrated or linked through the online development and building permit application process for the uploading of required plan document
- enhance the permit application and approval process by increasing security of document, tracking revision, reduce processing times, reduce physical document storage, reduce printing cost, create efficient exchange of information with customers.
- ability to create custom workflow, processes, field, email templates
- ability to customize and brand web portal
- ability to export final version of drawings and comments
- ability to create and save custom queries
- user friendly web interface or portal
- application tracking and status updates for plan submitters
- accepts large files sizes
- ability for final or locked version of mark-ups and comments
- ability to compare drawing and plan file version.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2020.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
