[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning, archiving and destruction services using scanning resolution at 300, 600 and 1200 dpi in pdf file format.
- To digitize all remaining paper records which will reduce the staff time required to retrieve historical records, reduce patient/ physician wait time to receive historical records, and to reduce the physical square footage dedicated to health record storage
- Ability to minimize the effect of fold lines and creases prior to scanning to ensure quality and prevent stretching and distortion.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 250 pages.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
