[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide performance management solutions to assist with a Performance Management approach that prioritizes alignment with corporate objectives, goal attainment, personal and professional development, continuous feedback, and employee growth.
1. Performance Evaluation: -
i. Automate performance conversations and conduct time-efficient reviews based on historical performance data to reduce bias. Ability to customize rating scales, competences, questions, etc. to suit diverse teams and reflect LH’s culture.
2. Self-Evaluation: - i. Encourage self-reflection and learn how employees perceive themselves and their impact in the workplace.
3. Goal Setting: -
i. Set, track, and manage SMART, metric, and cascading goals for your employees. We are especially interested in the ability to support alignment with corporate goals and objectives. The ability to support both management by objectives and cascading balanced scorecard approaches is an asset. 4. Personal Development (Learning Plans): - i. Reduce turnover and help employees succeed by providing clear role expectations and developing personalized growth/learning plans. 5. 360-Degree Feedback
5. 360-Degree Feedback: - i. Ability to gather peer, client, report, and manager feedback in order to get a full picture of employee performance.
6. Succession Planning: - i. Plan for LH’s future by developing promising talent. The ability to identify critical positions and support the development of talent pipelines is an asset.
7. Performance Calibration Module: - i. Assists in delivering performance appraisals that are accurate, ensures the fair allocation of rewards, and helps organizations retain high performers.
8. 1-on-1’s and Coaching i. Provide growth-orientated coaching for employees with easy to schedule 1-on-1 conversations.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
