[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide learning management system for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of e-learning education courses for primary care providers.
- develop a turnkey solution for the ICCU team on specific e-learning accredited and non-accredited CME programs
- enable ICCU staff to add future educational content and events to the learning environment; and
- allow for archiving course material (webcast, other content) for the duration of the contract. This would also include the ability to generate confirmation/certificate for course completion as well as data to support operational reports (i.e. monthly number of active users, course statistics)
- Learning Management System and Webcasting: -
- Establish a SaaS based portal site to be used by learners comprised of OH (CCO) staff and primary care physicians
- Purchase appropriate licenses and ongoing services (one (1) year with one (1) year optional extension) where applicable (license not for specific individuals but volume based which allows OH (CCO) to create user accounts).
- Demonstrate the capability (i.e. proposed cloud solution) to easily scale up the concurrent users as required
- Establish a SaaS based portal site to be used by learners comprised of OH (CCO) staff and primary care physicians
- Purchase appropriate licenses and ongoing services (one (1) year with one (1) year optional extension) where applicable (license not for specific individuals but volume based which allows OH (CCO) to create user accounts).
- Demonstrate the capability (i.e. proposed cloud solution) to easily scale up the concurrent users as required
- Webcasting: - The Webcasting software must have the capability to capture rich media presentations consisting of video viewable by end users using common browsers, slides in Microsoft file formats and chat and discussion in split screen format that is synchronized in real time and archived formats

- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
