[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic document and records management solutions.
- Provide central repository for Customers to capture and manage electronic documents and records according to the customer’s classification system and records retention schedules
- Have full solution providers that can provide the digitization services, implementation of software solutions and professional services to support the customer’s records management policies
- Have robust software functionalities and customization that integrates with customer’s existing systems
 - Electronic Document and Records Management System
- Annual Maintenance and Licensing
- Digitization Services
- Professional Services
- Declare records and trigger retention periods based on either events or dates e.g. from date of record, end of current year, end of contract, completion of project, when superseded, etc.
- Store and preserve records in a secure central repository for their entire required retention period
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
