Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for literacy and research digital tools.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide literacy and research digital tools.
- Provide entry points and support differentiation and universal design for learning for a wide range of learners (including students who may require accommodations and modifications e.g., students with Special Education needs, English and French language learners)
- Built in functionality such as: audio and read-aloud, built in glossaries, translation capabilities (for research databases)
- Systems should support accessibility tools incorporated within operating systems and external tools such as read and write
- The content shall be aligned to the Ontario curriculum (targeted toward Ontario students), draws from Canadian sources and includes content representing the diverse Canadian population and include those voices and experiences.
- The System will include appropriate learning resources to support staff (lesson plans, curriculum search, promotional materials, etc.).
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2020.
(3) A proponent’s information and OTP demonstration session will be held on June 18, 2020.
(4) Contract term will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
