[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide remote live video streaming solution that will allow the streaming of and the option to record live horse races from race tracks to the central adjudication room (CAR).
- The ability to obtain existing live video stream of all horse races from tracks in Ontario as set out in the table below with the option to record all horse races from tracks in Ontario.
- Installation of all necessary equipment and outfitting the CAR to receive streaming functionalities from race track sites and the ability to record races selected by the agency;
- Provide all necessary components of the video streaming solution at each race track and at the CAR to enable streaming to the CAR; Streaming technology should allow for:
o A zoom-in capability to review close ups when necessary;
o A continuous uninterrupted feed;
o Video latency of up to maximum 5 sec;
o Remote connection and access for viewing via desktop browser (up to 10 devices);
o Record on demand;
o Control panel, password protection, to select track;
o Ability to review and analyse network diagnostics.

- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
