[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide IT software platform and related services.
- Software Platform is based on Information Technology Infrastructure Library processes need to be managed separately and are easily customizable for future process developments, including but not limited to: Incident, Request Fulfilment with associated Service Catalogue; ii. Service Asset and Configuration Management (Asset Management); iii. Change Management; iv. Problem Management; v. Knowledge Management; vi. Release and Deployment Management; vii. Event Management; viii. Project, Service Level Management; ix. Service Portfolio Management; x. Outage Management; xi. Inventory Management; xii. Metrics Reporting / surveys; and, xiii. Chat, notifications and Chat bot services.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 27, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
