[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for asset management planning to the government authority located in Ontario.
- Gathering all sources of asset data from the owner, working collaboratively to identify needs and potential sources,
- Summarizing asset quantities, age, condition, expected service life and replacement in a logical breakdown,
- Calculating a baseline replacement scenario using an appropriate method for forecasting replacements,
- The consultant should add commentary based on the results, the technical ramifications of the assets and the expected influence of asset management strategies on the replacement forecast,
- Data management: data management will document the sources of asset data along with storage formats, update frequencies, decision-making and data management protocols etc,
- Risk assessment analysis: To support the asset management strategy, the consultant will complete a desktop risk assessment by calculating consequence and likelihood of failure at the asset level,
- Develop an asset management strategy.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 12, 2020.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
