Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for document scanning subsystem.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide document scanning subsystem.
• Any Windows based solution must be configurable and customizable so that it can work in a networked environment for data exchange, sharing both scanned and audit data, and interface with the existing Oracle database system, and needs to include at least the following characteristics:
- Provide configurable scanner software that can use a scanned patch code that
is generated separately;
- Ability of the software to enable insertion of scanned PDF details to link the student’s record in the content management system;
- Ability of the software to maintain indexes and audit information; and
- Ability of the software to set up both regular users and temporary users for using the scanning subsystem.
- Custom software that uses vendor software API and the user generated patch code to enable insertion of scanned PDF details to provide a link to the student’s application in a vendor provided content management system for agency applications.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
