[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide non-hosted E-solution to assist with permit application submission would complement the department,
- To install software with participating IT services for each member and provide the necessary training to all municipal staff and external user groups,
- To maintain and update the software with participation of IT services,
- To provide and adequate level of training, establish a super user and provide sufficient documentation for end users, system administrators and IT services staff,
- To provide ongoing support to the municipality.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 2, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
