[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer satisfaction program solution, the solution should be designed to collect just-in-time feedback from customers accessing city facilities, programs, and services with the goal of gathering actionable feedback to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience,
- System will allow to efficiently collect and analyse feedback from customers across multiple customer contact points and channels including online, through email-based surveys and feedback collection terminal at service counters.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
