(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone and voicemail solution using GroupWise as an email platform but are in the process of migrating to exchange online.
- call center functionality with wall board and real time stats
- integrated corporate directory
- supports unified messaging with exchange server online with Microsoft outlook client
- ability to page a hunt group or all extensions
- remote administration from different PC or via web administration.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 28, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
