[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide provision, installation and support of as asset management system to improve the management of the county asset information; including but not limited to inventory, condition, valuation, levels of service, risk and life cycle management on an as needed basis.
- The county currently utilizes SAP ERP and ESRI GIS to manage tangible capital assets.
- Microsoft active directory on windows server 2016: Domain/ forest function level 2012R2
- Microsoft SQL server 2016 or above
- Microsoft SQL sever reporting services and power BI
- Microsoft SharePoint 2016, 20119, SharePoint online
- Microsoft Exchange server 2016, Exchange Online (confirm with Brent)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- VM ware v 6.5 or above
- ESRI GIS suite
- RIVA v4.5-SP2
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 21, 2020 
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
