[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide freelance writing and editing services from January to June 2020 to augment TCHC’s in-house communications function. Working with the Public Affairs team under the direction of the Director, Strategic Communications, the successful proponent will research, write and edit a range of print and electronic-based materials that support employee and vendor communications about the project to the government authority located in Toronto, ON.
(2) Products will include but not be limited to:
1. An updated set of key messages and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) that will serve as a foundation for a suite of communications products needed in Q1 and Q2 2020.
2. Newsletter copy for TCHC’s employee intranet, the project newsletter and TCHC’s employee newsletter, In the Know.
3. Scripts for videos that explain the goals and benefits of the project, and how the new IT solution and business processes will improve how TCHC delivers services to tenants.
4. Communications materials that are clear, concise and easy to understand and which will help managers, business function leads and subject matter experts communicate with their team members and divisional colleagues about the phases of the project and the progress being made.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
