Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for website design consultants’ services using CMS.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide website design consultants services using content management system that must be compatible with desktop computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices, social media and browsers.
- Provide simple, user-friendly access to public services and information and serve as a communications tool on various types of hardware used by the end-user (desktops, tablets, mobile phones). The redesigned site should have a responsive design.
- Provide an improved look, enhanced functionality, be easy to use for the public, media, and municipal staff.
- Provide robust search capabilities.
- Provide easy integration for an agenda management system, our community engagement website, evolta (e-permitting), esri (ArcGIS) and any other third-party sites used by the Township of Huron-Kinloss.
- Comply with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards and strive to meet W3C guidelines for content and accessibility.
- Provide adequate training for Huron-Kinloss staff prior to the launch of the new site and technical support throughout the transition to the new site (as well as for the length of the license).
- Must include a business directory and community organization directory
- Must include a community events calendar that community organizations can submit events to (events must be approved by staff)
- Must include a facility booking module
- Must include an online program registration module
- Must include form building module
- Must include ability to integrate ecommerce
- Must include subscriber notifications system including emergency notifications and emergency banners
- Must include staff directory with direct email capabilities
- Must include Google Analytics and login information for Township staff.
- All urls must end in .ca or .com
- Training for Township staff
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
