[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide telecommunications console solution for the 911 call answering and telephone dispatching of emergency and non-emergency calls including the technology components, project management, implementation, training, documentation and subsequent ongoing post implementation services,
- To acquire a Solution that is reliable, feature rich, cost effective and consistent with the operational requirements,
- To acquire a Solution that meets the requirements,
- To acquire a Solution that is secure, scalable and flexible to accommodate future functionality as additional processes and standards emerge and as changes are made over time,
- To implement a Solution that provides the City with multi-year lifecycle technology roadmap,
- To implement a Solution that minimizes all service interruption risks during the transition process.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
