Government authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for website design, build and maintenance and support services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, build and maintenance and support services built on Drupal, a PHP-based CMS, using version 7.
(a) Create a professional website that is easy to use and offers functionality to support customers, supplier partners and employees including, but are not limited to:
i. Deliver OECM business through the website;
▪ A resource centre;
▪ Networking opportunities;
▪ Business tools;
ii. Increase communication efficiency;
iii. Collect, organize and allow stakeholders to view data easily; and,
iv. Increase site usage and increase business efficiencies via self-serve approach.
(b) An opportunity to further enhance security, and overall experience for all users; and,
(c) Ensure the new website integrates with OECM’s Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) software which will be rolled out early 2020.
- Corporate Services: - Finance and Business Intelligence is responsible for general accounting, financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, external reporting (audits, taxes), payroll, benefits administration, attendance tracking, employee expense claims, business operations analysis, performance metrics, invoicing, and calculating spend/revenue. This group is also responsible for generating collaborative spend reports for School Boards, Colleges, and Universities to illustrate each group’s participation and spend, through collaboration, by using the OECM Marketplace;
- Human Resources – This group is responsible for recruitment, health and safety, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and training and development; and
- IT Support – The IT Support group (3rd party service) is responsible for monitoring and maintaining OECM’s computer systems and networks and troubleshooting technology issues.
- Customer Relationship Management: -
- Customer Relationship Management is responsible for customer service and engagement initiatives. This group is the primary point of contact for OECM customers; they resolve customer inquiries and coordinate customer outreach activities. They work closely with customers to identify new collaboration opportunities;
- Marketing and Communication is responsible for brand management, email marketing, marketing collateral, content development, and maintaining the website.
(a) Altering OECM’s existing branding and guidelines;
(b) Audience analysis;
(c) Day-to-day IT hardware, software and services;
(d) Email, telephone and storage systems;
(e) Language implementation other than English.
(f) Post-launch website content entry; and,
(g) Social media strategy.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
