(1) Vendor needs to provide community benefit, by-law and development charge background study to the government authority located in Keswick, ON.
- Development of a strategy for stakeholder and public consultant and sub sequent implementation, to seek input and gain an understanding of community needs and preference
- Strategy will include the methods for identifying, engaging and communicating with stakeholder groups.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2020.

Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
