[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 5-year strategic plan services
- The plan should consider space utilization, cooperation and collaboration with other organizations, programming, exhibits, events, membership, revenue development, promotion and volunteerism,
- Identify new synergies and programming opportunities that will engage new segments of the cultural, economic and educational segments of the County communities and surrounding regions,
- Review existing marketing and branding, to identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats,
- Review existing public programming, to identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, related to the as well as identify current needs that aren’t being met in the community,
- Review existing educational and outreach programming, to identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, related to the as well as identify current needs that aren’t being met in the community.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
