[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide communications campaign strategy development services.
- Develop media strategies and a media plan in support of the communication strategy and campaign, plan should be identified optimal media platform for the advertising strategy (e.g. broadcast, online, print, outdoor, transit, social media etc.) recommended placement and coats, campaign timing, rationale and total budget
- Identify public relations and media relations tactics.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
