[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide public engagement consulting service for the undertaking of the municipal comprehensive review and update.
- Key public engagement and communications objectives,
- Public engagement strategy and communications strategy
- Roles and responsibilities for key study project team leads.
- The study process will be supported by an innovative program of public engagement.
- The Public engagement program will consist of public open house and town hall meetings, community steering committee meetings, technical advisory meetings, visioning workshops and focus groups, meetings with local stakeholders, on line engagement, planner pop up events.
- Participating in leading and assisting the study core project team and corporate communications in organizing community education and public engagement events,
- To gather with corporate communications and the study consultant lead, creating, innovative content for public engagement events (public open houses, focus groups, tours), Online mediums (e.g. place speak, twitter and fakebook) and other traditional print media.
- Assisting corporate communications in monitoring and summarizing feedback received on social media related to the study.
- The public engagement and communications strategy developed by the town will serve as the framework to ensure members of council, key stakeholders and residents.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
