[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide regional economic analyst tool to a managed web-based service that provides a suite of regional economic analysis tools and services targeted at economic development initiatives for rural economic development initiatives within the province of Ontario since 2003.
- The resource will provide data and analytical information that can be used to gain a better understanding of the dynamics of a region’s economy which is critical for:
• Evaluating economic strengths and weaknesses;
• Identifying internal and external development opportunities;
• Preparing a strategic economic plan; and
• Marketing economic development possibilities
- The Regional Economic Analysis Tool will allow for Ontario regional economic development stakeholders and economic development colleagues in OMAFRA and other economic development ministries to continue to access data and analysis that is fundamental to effective economic development. It will support internal and external clients with business creation, investment attraction, business retention and expansion, performance measurement, and workforce planning, and supports the ministry’s mandate to promote a more competitive and productive agri-food and Agri-product sector, and economic growth.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
