[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide vendor hosted time entry management system for fully functional time and attendance entry capabilities including HRIS and financial payroll.
- annual roadmap sessions available to communicate near time functionality upgrades to clients
- self services features mobile apps and web based self service options for employees and approvers
- ability to provide multiple approvals who will approve time for staff working at different location
- ability for managers to have more than one delegate and the delegate shoaled have ability to view the timesheets assigned and approve regardless of when it was submitted
- functionality of integration with time clock system
- mobile app time clock should have geo location functionality to restrict within the designated area
- must be secure and reliable
- security service for authentication and authorization
- allow users to access the system both on desktops and mobile apps
- able to retain 7 years of data plus current data
- able to decline timesheet with comments
- ability to track time against different projects worked on
- allows to book vacation for the next year.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2019.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
