[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based risk management information system for overall solution for managing the complete insurance and risk management program for all 8 municipal members and supporting department.
- ways to document, store, retrieve and quickly manipulate claims data, track incident reports, analyze risks and exposures and other insurance and risk management related information
- automated and manual systems currently in place in order to streamline processing, reduce redundant data entry and maintain data integrity for both the pool
- easy to use query, reporting and outcome analysis capabilities that can be individually tailored
- ability to add, edit or delete data and reports
- access to reported claims and incidents.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2019.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
