[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website redevelopment service must be compactable content management system including of an industry-leading Municipal website and Tourism website that implements best practices in content strategy, clean and appealing design and user-friendliness.
- Functionality and Interactivity: - Online payment solution with ability to deploy invoices and inclusive of budget tools or widgets, GIS integration - usage includes mapping and ability to tie into municipal work orders.
- Content management system: - the proponent shall provide a securely hosted content management system that will facilitate the creation, organization, hosting and editing of content for the website by municipal staff including CMS hand holding techniques and warning to assist content contributors who either upload the wrong size and dimension or do not include, all corners of the website accessible and editable to the super admin.
- Mobile and AL capabilities: - Responsive design to ensure optimization across all technology platforms including desktop, mobile, voice assistants.
- Graphical user interface: - The proponent shall design, develop, install and test a set of new templates for the municipal website. The templates must provide consistent, service based navigation, a clean, intuitive layout, modern and sleek graphic design.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 25, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
