[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based ticketing, workflow and collaboration solution which is reliable, cost-effective, flexible, secure and user-friendly method to assign, track and resolve issues.
- Ticketing and Workflow Collaboration Solution that can modernize our existing system, solution should allow the agency to reduce time spent on reporting and push towards increased organic event-based reporting to allow employees to spend more time on work, new solution should be
extendable to other service groups within the agency and should have integrated workflow
capabilities that can replace our current process workflow management tool, and allow
for structured and custom work requests to be submitted, tracked and reported on.
- Solution should provide the following functionality and features ticket/incident/service request creation and work progress monitoring, ticket/incident/service request tracking, workflow management, team allocation and workflow management, knowledge base, collaboration platform, incident/project integration, authentication and integration, agent access, access control and audit logs, problem management, change management, integration between ticketing and collaboration platforms, reporting, auditing, and compliance.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 31, 2019.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
