[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide implementation of an accounts payable automation solution for submissions indicating their organizations capability, experience and resources to provide software and implementation services in the area of accounts payable automation,
- The automation will introduce the tools and technologies required to transform the accounts payable business processes citywide to improve processing time and cycle time throughout the entire invoice life cycle from issuance of the invoice from a vendor through to purging and destruction at the end of the record,
- Implementation services including project management, change management, technical integration, business process design, installation, configuration, training, testing, deployment, vendor enablement and post-implementation hyper-care support,
- To implementation of an accounts payable automation solution:
- Decrease the amount of manual data entry,
- Reduce the time and effort associated with manual inter-office mail for approvals,
- Reduce the risk of manual data entry errors,
- provide the ability for staff from accounts payable and various city-wide operating departments to access invoice data as well as related images of invoice.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
