Vendor needs to provide scheduling solution for the region of peel.
- The Region of Peel is interested in receiving information on an innovative employee scheduling solution in order to facilitate efficient creation, maintenance and storage of schedules for its various lines of businesses.
- Improve staff ability to create, optimize and maintain schedules.
- Automate time and resource intensive shift swapping and vacation bidding processes.
- Eliminate manual creation and maintenance of geographical areas for the purpose ensuring employee coverage.
- Automate filling of ad-hoc open shift with the use of a callout tool.
- Improve employee experience by providing mobile capabilities.
- Improve overall system performance via various bi-directional interfaces between scheduling solution and multiple HRMS (Human Resources Management System) modules.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
