[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment services for university president and vice-chancellor to the government authority located in Guelph, Ontario.
- Assistance in the determination of the needs and activities required for the search process,
- Development and implementation of a recruitment and assessment plan that will include:
- Preparation of a position profile, including related board and community consultations and townhall
- Organization and support of the meetings of the selection committee, including its consultation activities with individuals and groups determined to be required for development of the position profile,
- Communications and advertising activities appropriate to the needs of the search and suited to the mission and organizational culture of the University,
- Proactive identification of potential candidates whose capabilities suggest they are highly qualified relative to the qualities and capacities identified in the position profile, including appropriate levels of background and reference checks as necessary to identify candidates for interviews,
- Organization, coordination, and support of interview process for three to five short-listed candidates as identified by the selection committee,
- Support and facilitation of the final decision-making process and offer to selected candidate
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
