Government authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for I.T. Disaster Recovery Planning Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide I.T. disaster recovery planning services for business functions and service delivery services and the critical core infrastructure that supports those service to the government authority located in Ontario.
(1) Disaster recovery requirements: -
- Develop recommendations to address gaps identified in the assessment to meet corporately agreed upon DRP.
- Develop recommendations for technology DR software and hardware infrastructure requirements.
(2) Disaster recovery and backup policies, standards and procedures: -
- Develop an overarching DR policy for the town Whitby.
- Develop DR technology standard and procedures for all applications.
(3) Disaster Recovery Workflows and Gap Analysis: -
- Document operational gaps while testing disaster recovery workflows.
- Create business and system disaster recovery workflows.
(4) Educations and training: - Provide recommendations for the education and training of staff that will or may be involved with the various aspects of disaster recovery.
(5) Assessment and validation: - Outline associated meta data such as system service name with purpose and description, owner, dependency, status, locations, business and TIS contacts, server name etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 9, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
