[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency response software for schools and critical infrastructure buildings.
- To design the school police emergency action response system
- Provide a comprehensive database with a front-end web user interface that provides critical tactical information to agency emergency response teams in case of a school emergency event
- Ability to allow for designated officials from designated agency administrators to enter and update information regarding their own respective facilities
- Ability to enter and keep track of multi-building locations in an interactive interface that is available to both designated facility operators as well as agency staff
- Ability to link an incident number to a facility such as a school, or a critical infrastructure building, to allow for response plans to automatically be populated on mobile data terminal/mobile workstation when responding to an incident related to the said facilities
- Ability for internal agency users that don’t have update privileges to ask application administrators to perform updates on certain outdated information when applicable
- Ability to connect this system to our computer aided dispatch system to create a seamless flow of information between the two systems
- An interactive web-based map and image solution in a format that can be directly used in conjunction with our local data or services
- Ability to share this information with police partners such as fire and emergency services in real-time.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
