[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cost consulting services are required including watermains, sanitary and storm sewers, tunnels, pump stations, wastewater treatment plants, road improvements, highway crossings, interchanges, municipal facilities, parks, culverts and bridge projects, to provide advice on construction costs, progress schedules and anticipated cashflows, advisory and support services related to cost management, control, monitoring and reporting, peer review of project cost estimates prepared by engineers or architects, provide advice and support services related to dispute resolution, construction change orders and tender preparations, to the government authority located in Barrie, ON.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2019.

Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
