[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management assessment.
- Customer relationship management solution be pursued by the town that provides case management and workflow capabilities, integrates with web and smartphone channels to provide ability to self-services, includes dashboards and management metrices
- Ability to track and monitor complaints and their resolution
- Customer relationship management must support bi-directional back-end integration, so that it can hand off requests to the work management or permitting system and receive updates as case are updated by staff
- Identify common requirements and promote standardizes process
- Integration with current it system
- Identify process which can be standardized among all areas to increases effectiveness and utilization of application software
- Identify technology system option for customer relationship management
- Develop a customer relationship management strategy and action plan.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be one year.

Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
