Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for automated consumer credit information service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide automated consumer credit information service as part of the security screening process on requested individuals.
- Seeking a service provider to provide automated consumer credit information over a secure internet connection in real-time, which is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week,
- Client support and training must be provided in both official languages of Canada, english and french, and shared services must have access to consumer credit information in either official language,
- The consumer credit information must include, at a minimum, the following information on the subject for whom the consumer credit information is being requested: identification, inquiries, employment, summary which provides a synopsis of file items, public records (bankruptcies and other), third party collections, secured loans, judgements, divorce action, garnishments, members trade information, tasks.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
