[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide prostate MRI CAD system that include Ability to automatically conduct post processing and send processed images to any PACs system without (or with minimal) technologist or radiologist intervention, post processing software to provide means of visualizing the presence and pattern of contrast induced enhancement of MRI images in the prostate, distinguish potential cancers in the prostate with colorized images due to contrast agent influx and efflux rates using measures that relate to tumor physiology, interventional planning solution to calculate location, depth of a lesion, analysis of colorized images with quantitative data, ability to create standard and customized reports, efficient way to compare studies of same patient performed over time, assess parameters including EVF, PERM, and volume of selected regions of interest enabling improved quantitative analysis, 3D segmentation of the prostate gland to report overall gland volume, create ROI within an ROI for bx targeting, calculate high values for ADC maps for diffusion, structured reporting summarizing findings, inter-sequence image registration correcting for misregistration between image acquisitions, reports using PIRADS version 2 lexicon, Reverse fusion registers prior TRUS/Fusion bx core result to a current prostate MRI and target suspicious lesions under MRI for interventional biopsy.
