Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendors for recruiting of cervical screening program clinical lead services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recruiting of interest from physicians for the position of clinical lead cervical screening program. This is a unique opportunity to provide strategic leadership to the evolution of the cancer system. This opportunity is open to all qualified candidates including
- Provide strong, visionary leadership at the provincial level and strategic oversight for the OCSP.
- Ensure evidence-based guidance for cervical screening and management of screen-detected abnormalities in colposcopy. Champion initiatives to promote alignment with guidelines among the clinical community.
- Provide strong leadership for the regional Cervical Screening and Colposcopy Leads (CSCLs), lead CSCL Face to Face meetings, and support CSCLs with guidance and oversight.
- Establish and maintain effective links with relevant clinical communities on behalf of CCO.
- Develop and support execution of strategies to engage healthcare providers (including primary care providers, colposcopes and pathologists) involved in cervical screening.
- Champion promote the strategic vision and goals of the OCSP. Provide leadership at the provincial level across the spectrum of OCSP goals, including promoting participation, promoting alignment with CCO’s cervical screening and colposcopy guidance for physicians, responding to clinical questions and representing the program in the community, at national meetings, and in the media.
- Identify and respond to system and program level issues.
- Collaborate with the OCSP’s Scientific Lead; regional Cervical Screening and Colposcopy Leads (CSCLs); Provincial Lead, Primary Care; and provincial site lead for Gynaecological Cancer.
- Participate as an active member of CCO’s Clinical Council.
- Oversee CCO’s Cervical Screening Clinical Advisory Committee.
- Represent CCO in pan-Canadian groups (e.g. Canadian Partnership Against Cancer’s cervical screening network).
- Collaborate, where necessary, with other groups within CCO on issues which impact cervical screening (e.g., Gynaecologic Cancer Disease Pathway Management) to the government authority located in Ontario.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 6, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
