[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student evaluation of teaching and courses solution for difficult to support, maintain, administer, use and to be trained on because of the complexity, robust reporting and analytical capabilities, aims to enrich and support both the instructor and student experience, provide access to data for required University reporting purposes, contribute to both student and instructor success by improving participation rates and enhancing constructive and meaningful formative and summative feedback, create efficiencies and reduce overall support, inform initiatives around teaching and learning, satisfy the reporting and analysis needs of the institution, college, department, and instructor, improve accessibility and portability, particularly as it relates to mobile devices, flexible in managing user access, evaluations, questions, responses and reports, enhance distribution and notification capabilities of evaluation results, improve data mining, analysis and statistical capabilities, be intuitive and easy-to-use, making training unnecessary, creating, administering, analyzing and reporting on both online and paper-based course evaluations, ability to
create question banks, categories and templates, allow role-based permissions to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
