[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide microfilming services of paper records.
- All high volume of records should be microfilmed on a roll
- Microfilm should be on rolls and preferred to be on larger rolls to reduce the storage space.
- Store the original papers of the imaged records.
- Proponent will retrieve, pack the charts, microfilm and destroy documents.
- secure destruction of microfilmed papers will be performed and how long the papers will be kept on their premise after imaging.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 220,000 large charts and 50 pages in each chart for a total of
11,000,000 pages.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than May 16, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be two years.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
