[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone system maintenance and upgrades to support the services an CS1K phone system is being leveraged to support the 3500 staff across the region. Support and maintenance of the existing CS1K, an active role in supporting the third-party application, leadership in developing and executing an upgrade, support for the IT department resources, Upgrade from CS1K to CM8, maintain support of the existing digital and analogue sets on CM8, Replacement of the call point platform at 150 Frederick and 250 Strasburg voicemail users with OfficeLinks messaging.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 16, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
